Silence staticcheck for legacy fields and fix govet verb
...
Now that the Deprecated markers are recognized, staticcheck (SA1019) flags the remaining uses of legacy fields we must keep for backwards compatibility (StaticIP/StaticMAC, CNINetworks, the deprecated k8s seccomp annotation constants). Add targeted nolint directives for those. Also fix a govet printf verb: the network backend is an integer, so use %d instead of %q.

Preallocate slices flagged by prealloc for golangci-lint 2.9.0

golangci-lint 2.9.0 with go 1.26 makes the prealloc linter smarter and flags many slices that can be preallocated with a known capacity. Convert them to make([]T, 0, cap) and drop a now-unused nolint directive.

pkg/machine/e2e: simplify runWslCommand

runWslCommand never returns err != nil because if there's an error, it calls Fail (which panics, so the code after it is unreachable).
Remove error returning and checking.
Inspired by the following linter warning:

pkg/domain/filters: fix exit code parsing error
...
The function logged the wrong error, logging ec which is the return value from ParseInt makes no sense since the error tells us the function failed so ec is invalid/undefined. Also ParseInt already includes the string input in the error so just drop it.
This was flagged by govet now that we use go 1.26 because %q was wrong for integers.

Bump bundled krunkit from 1.3.1 to 1.3.2

Bump bundled krunkit to 1.3.2, which comes with libkrun 1.19.4.
This version of libkrun includes a fix in virtio-fs on macOS for
libkrun/libkrun#769 that potentially impacts podman users.

Bump bundled krunkit from 1.2.1 to 1.3.1

Bump bundled krunkit to 1.3.1, which comes with libkrun 1.19.3.
This version of krunkit makes HTTP parsing on the rest-uri more
robust to ensure it only acts on the right request.
It also enables a new permission semantics mode in libkrun that's
closer to the user expectations on macOS.

Bump bundled krunkit from 1.1.1 to 1.2.1

Bump bundled krunkit to 1.2.1, which comes with libkrun 1.17.4.
The highlights for podman in this release of libkrun are a number
of virtio-fs behavioural fixes, specially when running non-root
users within a container, along with better disk performance and
lower space consumption thanks to support for F_DISCARD and
F_WRITE_ZEROES.
This release of krunkit also introduces the "--timesync" flag,
with the same behavior as the vfkit counterpart, meaning it's now
possible to enable clock synchronization with this mechanism.
