packit: Hardcode Fedora 43 and 44 targets for v5.8 branch
This won't be shipped to newer Fedoras, so no point having them here. The fedora-latest-stable and fedora-stable aliases values will change once Fedora 45 releases, so hardcoding is best here to avoid any unpleasant surprises. Signed-off-by: Lokesh Mandvekar <lsm5@redhat.com>
