chore(web): allow to open guide example from TC artifacts

Until now we replaced the CDN URL in the guide example files with the local build path. This allowed to run the guide examples on the local machine.

This change extends this to CI builds. The path on TC is slightly different, so this change adjusts the path accordingly. This allows to open the guide examples from the TC artifacts.

6124372d6a fix(developer): handle out-of-range return values from GetExitCodeProcess 
Handle exit code values >= 2^31 from `GetExitCodeProcess` in
`TUtilExecute.console`, for example COM errors, which are DWORD values
with high bit set.

53a190b1ae fix(developer): handle missing &name store in package compiler 
If a .kmx file did not include an `&name` store, then the compiler would
fail with an internal error. In this situation, fall back to the kmx id
(filename without extension).

27d354cf10 fix(developer): transform unpaired surrogates in editor to U+FFFD 
Avoid `URIError` in `encodeURIComponent()` by transforming any unpaired
surrogates in text editor buffer to `U+FFFD`` before sending data to
backend.

556f2864b8 fix(developer): handle .gitignore in npm-based installations of kmc-generate 
npm does not package .gitignore files, which was causing the templates
to be incomplete and made kmc-generate crash when installed through npm.
Rename the file to 'gitignore' within the template, and dynamically
handle it during the run to workaround.

f1031e4ffc fix(mac): disable the help button entirely in the title bar of OSK 
On macOS 26 Tahoe, adding the help button causes the caption of the OSK
to overlap the window controls, preventing the OSK from being closed.
Disabling the help button is a stop-gap workaround; the help is still
available from the Configuration window. This should be considered for
re-engineering in 19.0 beta or 20.0 alpha.

Not marking the issue as fixed but allows us to postpone deeper
engineering.
