cfd8abc744 fix(android/engine): Change getList() to return an empty list 
This prevents the NullPointerException in CloudRepository.prepareResourcesUpdateQuery() when the list doesn't exist.

9a61eaef8d fix(android): ensure keyboard is always set after pageLoaded 
Fixes #4819.

If the web page reloads after KMManager is initialised, it now resets
the keyboard and lexical model so they remain in sync.

Update installing-keyboards.md 
Went off directions from @jahorton .From step 5 I rewrote the sentence after "once the download is complete..." to make the wording less awkward and instructions more concrete. then "A" I rewrote to make it less jarring and more clearer transition to "B". Part "C" was rewritten with the same intention. Less jarring and more clarity.

d1dd8b022e fix(developer): buffer size for range expansions 
Fixes #4830.

There remain some additional buffer size checks we should be doing in
`GetXString` but this will address the current issue by using the
standard maximum buffer size.
