fix(ci): Fix increment-version.sh script
...
trigger-builds.sh now makes use of the definitions in
trigger-definitions.config. Therefore we need to make those definitions
available.

chore(linux): allow to trigger Jenkins build from script

This change also refactors `triggerBuilds` to use the definitions
from `trigger-definitions.config`. Jenkins configurations are
identified by the suffix `_Jenkins`.

The uninstall is supposed to remove HKCU settings for developer. However
a side-effect is that an upgrade (which msi treats as uninstall/
install internally) also removes HKCU settings. This is sad and it is
probably better overall to leave a dangling HKCU key after uninstall.
Fixes #2667 .

This makes it easier to see that this file doesn't contain any
executable code which makes it slightly easier to find the relevant
scripts in this directory that get executed on their own.
