2dfdecaf44 fix(windows): create registry keys for IM window 
This commit adds a function that sets the IM window registry keys
needed for the IMSample keyboard.

It also adds a null pointer check on the lpActiveKeyboard in the imx
callback module.

272c1f0d1c fix(web): subkey touch position after scroll 
Fixes #5964.

It seems that the test for subkey position was incorrect when the
document had been scrolled. Removing the test for `fixed` positioning
resolves the issue.

fix(linux): Don't start ibus-daemon multiple times 
This change adds a 1s sleep after restarting ibus before checking
that it actually runs. Hopefully this will solve the problem. Since
this bug is hard to reproduce, we also log a critical error for the
other code path this could happen.

Fixes #6237.

chore(linux): Debug why Beta build didn't get triggered 
This change adds temporary debug code to track down why the beta
build didn't get triggered by outputting the OUTPUT string.
It also counts the lines we're outputting so that we can output
a newline in case we're not outputting anything.
