Reimplements the font helper in pure Delphi controls.
This avoids the issue we had in the past with embedding
a web browser into the OSK component. As a bonus, the
OSK now opens *substantially* faster, making Keyman feel
a whole lot nicer.
Make sure that our prerequisites are in place *before* starting a
release build. Note: doesn't currently check that certificates are
valid so that's a future test we could include.
One day it'd be nice to remove dependency on 7-zip: perhaps we won't
need it once we have better crash reporting.
The uninstall is supposed to remove HKCU settings for developer. However
a side-effect is that an upgrade (which msi treats as uninstall/
install internally) also removes HKCU settings. This is sad and it is
probably better overall to leave a dangling HKCU key after uninstall.

If you attempt to import a blank OSK into the touch layout editor,
nothing happens, but behind the scenes the state was corrupted, meaning
when you attempt to continue work at some point the app will crash.

The model editor was not being notified of changes in wordlist tabs,
which meant that it would never be set into modified state for changes
exclusively in a wordlist.

The MIME type for .js was being read from the registry, which on some
systems has been corrupted to text/plain, which causes Chrome to abort
loading the script. The fix is to avoid loading the system registered
MIME types, which we don't need anyway, because all the MIME types we
are using are in the default hard-coded list.

The .keyboard_info merge was incorrectly assuming the presence of a .js
in the .kmp file if the source .kmn file asserted support for touch
platforms, when testing the .kmx files. Now, platform support for
Android and iOS will only be added if the package actually includes the
.js file that makes that possible.

The package compiler would give a misleading error when it was verifying
keyboard version numbers if one of the files could not be found; it
would say the keyboard file versions (between .kmx and .js) mismatched
instead of complaining about the missing file.
This reduces this error to a warning, allowing the verification to
continue, and the resulting log shows that the file is missing and
fails the build more logically.
Fixes#2450. When Keyman serialized input, it would cause the touch keyboard to cancel
because the touch keyboard thought the received event meant the user was touching the
physical keyboard. This resolves that problem, using a watch timer to check the visibility
of the touch input panel.
