105a1b3af0 fix(developer): model editor requires wordBreaker 
The model editor would not recognise a source file
if it did not include a wordBreaker reference.

a2a8e34653 fix(developer): char map drop into text editor 
With changes to the text editor relating to focus,
double-clicking and drag-dropping from character
map no longer worked reliably. This patch resolves
this problem.

Fixes #2466.

13494e35b9 fix(windows): '(Start Product)' shortcuts 
Fixes #2467. This is a two part fix. First, the actual shortcuts
now work. Secondly, because the shortcut points to kmshell.exe,
Windows 10 Start Menu will hide it because it is identical to
the Keyman Desktop shortcut. So we add a uniquifier to un-hide
it. A bit silly, but makes sense in this instance.

72328a3957 feat(developer): Default project path 
Fixes #1689. Sets the default project path to
'Documents\Keyman Developer\Projects' so that
Keyman Developer files don't clutter user's
Documents folder. Can be changed in Options
dialog.

8a99326a06 feat(developer): Add QRCode for debugger url 
The keyboard editor and package editor now include
a QRCode which will reference the web debugger to
simplify loading on a mobile device.

1b83de9b65 fix(developer): Hotkeys in .kmn unquoted 
Fixes #138. Hotkeys in .kmn files no longer need to be quoted. This
update does not change compatibility with earlier versions of Keyman
Engine as the difference is entirely in the compiler.

457c461af8 fix(developer): character map drops chars reliably 
For all editors other than kmn, it only makes sense
to drop characters, not character codes.

Fixes #2125.
