docs: replace commands-demo.md with demos.md and remove commands.md 
Replace the outdated commands-demo.md with a cleaner demos.md that
lists talks and demos related to Podman. Remove commands.md entirely
as the README already links to docs.podman.io/en/latest/Commands.html.
