IKeymanKeyboardLanguageInstalled::IsInstalled Property

Introduction

The IKeymanKeyboardLanguageInstalled::IsInstalled property returns TRUE if the keyboard is currently associated with this language in Windows. If the language is not currently installed, then it is a suggested language for the keyboard, per the package metadata.
