The majority of the Windows clean up said the same steps everytime. They didn't really say anything really other than remove Keyman and sometimes the 3rd-party app to do the test. I have added a general comment to the start of all the tests to cover this. Similar changes to developer.md and mac.md The gestures.md had clean up that was actually the Keyman for Windows Cleanup for tests these have been removed.
