69bbc73971 feat(android): Additional Sentry integration 
Revert intentional crash from #2778

Now that the call stack in Sentry is tested on Release build
http://sentry.keyman.com/organizations/keyman/issues/61/?project=7

The temporary menu to generate the intentional crash can be removed.

Also disable monitoring Application Not Responding (ANR)

e06c29b63c fix(android): Sanitize app version string for api query 
Follow-on to #2319

For 14.0 alpha, the app version needs to be sanitized to #.#.# when downloading a keyboard.

This refactors the regex to KMManager.getVersion()
