Eberhard Beilharz	749112660d	chore(linux): Move some files to keyman-config ... Some of the configuration files are useful for other distributions as well. So this change moves them out of `debian/` to `linux/keyman-config` so that they will be included in the source tar ball. Also remove zero-width space from one file. Eberhard Beilharz	83615b9d6c	chore(linux): Fix installation build step on TC ... When building on TC we install into a temporary directory. This broke with the recent introduction of build.sh because that now calls `make install` whereas previously we explicitly called `make install-temp` on TC.
