feat(linux): Add onboard as recommended package
...
This change adds `onboard` as a recommended package. This will
install it by default for most users, unless they told their
package manager not to automatically install recommended packages.
This implements part of #3223 .

Fixes #2676 . The Delphi shortcuts for copy/paste were overriding the
default shortcuts in the editor and focus control was not being recognised.

This updates Sentry integration to use the exception object which
gives better tracking and consolidation over time, once we learned
how to report the call stack more reliably.
