fix(linux): Fix crash converting kvk into LDML
...
This change fixes a crash that happened installing the
BJCreeUni (east) keyboard. This keyboard contains a OSK that
gets converted to LDML.
This fixes #3208 .

fix(linux): Always restart IBus when installing keyboard
...
We have to restart IBus even when installing keyboards in Gnome.
Otherwise the new keyboards won't show up in the list of input
sources.
This fixes #3283 .

feat(linux): Install keyboard on Gnome

This change adds the keyboard to the Gnome input sources after
installing the .kmx file, and removes it on uninstall.
This implements #2728 .
