9a61eaef8d fix(android): ensure keyboard is always set after pageLoaded 
Fixes #4819.

If the web page reloads after KMManager is initialised, it now resets
the keyboard and lexical model so they remain in sync.

I tried to use the correct BCP-47 tag `id` instead of `in` for Indonesian. But Java (and Android) still use the deprecated tag `in`...
