Eberhard Beilharz	2a14ffdaa1	docs(linux): Add use of Dev Containers to sample settings ... The Dev Containers vscode extension allows to run the unit tests in a container. Eberhard Beilharz	88ebac31cc	chore(linux): Adjust Linux specific files in .gitignore ... During Linux packaging some files get put in the root of the source directory. This change limits these files in `.gitignore` to the root directory.
