This is a follow-up for #6331. We still did not have enough detail to
be able to trace the root cause of the load errors. This adds a little
more diagnostics.
Fixes#4877.
If a keyboard is invalid for any reason (missing, wrong version),
then it would not appear in Configuration, which would break the
row indexing, causing crashes.
Fixes#6221.
If Keyman is being installed under the SYSTEM profile, e.g. when using
tools such as SCCM or Intune, then the installer runs with a redirected
folder for %LocalAppData%, under C:\Windows\SysWow64\config, but is
given the name C:\Windows\System32\config\....
Keyman Setup then creates %LocalAppData%\Keyman\Diag, which it thinks is
in C:\Windows\System32\config\... But in reality it is in SysWow64\...
Keyman Setup passes a file under this folder to Windows Installer,
running as 64 bit, which immediately falls over because the path does
not exist to it, in the real System32\config folder.
This patch disables redirection temporarily just to create the folder
under both 32 and 64 bit versions of the profile. It has no effect on
normal user accounts (apart from verifying that the folder is present
twice rather than once).
Fixes#6168.
This does not any support for changing any system store values, but does
ensure that the statement will be correctly handled when emitting
text.
Relates to https://github.com/npm/cli/issues/2921
This issue arises after moving from npm 6.x to 7.x or later. As the
build agents are still on 6.x, we have not yet seen this issue there.
As part of the release build for Keyman Developer, we bundle up some
files and do some work in a temp folder to prepare folders for release.
Even though we are only working with `dependencies` (e.g. using `npm
install --production`), packages under `devDependencies` are still
wrongly being checked by NPM. As we have two modules present in
`devDependencies` that are only available when in the repo path, we need
to remove them before attempting to continue. Yuck!

A new version of python3-requests-cache is now available in
Debian and Ubuntu that fixes the bug, so we can revert the
workaround.
This reverts commit 87d2361dbe.
