lstocchi ca44e3a4d7 Fix race condition in CleanupGVProxy when reading gvproxy PID file ... When startVM fails quickly, CleanupGVProxy may attempt to read the gvproxy.pid file before gvproxy has written it, causing cleanup to fail.
