Ed Santiago ade0c4932a CI: trace setup and runner scripts ... Every few months we get a new CI failure that requires scanning through logs that give no indication of what is happening or where. Tracking down the error can cost many hours. Solution: pepper cirrus scripts with showrun(), which echoes the command _and_ displays the source filename + lineno.
