tomsweeneyredhat 1da7b914a4 [v5.4-rhel] Vendor selinux v1.13.1 and make adjustments for selinux changes 
The location of some functions have changed in the
updated selinux that we are now using in v5.4-rhel.

Make adjustments to calls to acount for that.
