Paul Holzinger 2ce4e935be ginkgo v2: drop localbenchmarks ... Porting them over to v2 requires a full rewrite. IT is not clear who actually uses these benchmarks, Valentin who wrote them originally is in favor of removing them. He recommends to use script from hack/perf instead. This commit also drop the CI integration, it is not clear who actually uses this data. If it is needed for something please speak up.
