Miloslav Trmač 126a97af82 Inline pullGoalNamesFromPossiblyUnqualifiedName into Runtime.pullGoalFromPossibly... ... Again, we only needed them split for tests; so, integrate them back. Then drop all remaining references to pullRefName and pullGoalNames, which are not used for anything.
