cf4967de4d Improve the shell completion api
One main advantage of the new shell completion logic is that
we can easly parse flags and adjust based on the given flags
the suggestions. For example some commands accept the
`--latest` flag only if no arguments are given.

This commit implements this logic in a simple maintainable way
since it reuses the already existing `Args` function in the
cmd struct.

I also refactored the `getXXX` function to match based on the
namei/id which could speed up the shell completion with many
containers, images, etc...

I also added the degraded status to the valid pod status
filters which was implemented in #8081.

b5d1d89a37 Add shell completion with cobra
Allow automatic generation for shell completion scripts
with the internal cobra functions (requires v1.0.0+).

This should replace the handwritten completion scripts
and even adds support for fish. With this approach it is
less likley that completions and code are out of sync.

We can now create the scripts with
- podman completion bash
- podman completion zsh
- podman completion fish

To test the completion run:
source <(podman completion bash)

The same works for podman-remote and podman --remote and
it will complete your remote containers/images with
the correct endpoints values from --url/--connection.

The completion logic is written in go and provided by the
cobra library. The completion functions lives in
`cmd/podman/completion/completion.go`.

The unit test at cmd/podman/shell_completion_test.go checks
if each command and flag has an autocompletion function set.
This prevents that commands and flags have no shell completion set.

This commit does not replace the current autocompletion scripts.

Switch use of Flags to Options
Want to have man pages match commands, since we have lots of printed
man pages with using Options, we will change the command line to use
Options in --help.

2583948f72 Usability: prevent "-l" with arguments
Add new system check confirming that "podman foo -l arg"
throws an error; and fix lots of instances where code
was not doing this check.

I'll probably need to add something similar for --all but
that can wait.

099649ac1b The podman start --attach command should not print ID
Somewhere in the Podman v2 rewrite, we allowed
`podman start --attach` to print the container ID of the started
container after exiting from the attach session (via detach key
or the container exiting naturally). We should never print the ID
when `--attach` is given, which makes the fix simple - make the
print statement conditional on `--attach` not being present.

Wierdly, this only happened with `--interactive` was given to
`podman start`. I don't know why that is, but this resolves the
issue without having to dig any deeper, so I'm content.

dd30e0a73a Ensure sig-proxy default is propagated in start
We properly determined what sig-proxy should be set to, but we
never passed that along to the backend. As such, cases where the
default swapped (mostly when `--attach` was specified but the
`--sig-proxy` flag was not) were not handled correctly

8489dc4345 move go module to v2
With the advent of Podman 2.0.0 we crossed the magical barrier of go
modules. While we were able to continue importing all packages inside
of the project, the project could not be vendored anymore from the
outside.

Move the go module to new major version and change all imports to
`github.com/containers/libpod/v2`. The renaming of the imports
was done via `gomove` [1].
