b50b9c0dbc events: support artifact events with refactored event forwarding
- libpod/events.go & libpod/runtime.go: Added the `Artifact` event type.
Refactored and deduplicated event forwarding logic by introducing
`spawnEventForwarder[T any]`, replacing separate goroutine loops for
images and artifacts. Implemented graceful shutdown and resolved eventer
  initialization race conditions.
- libpod/events: Implemented event filtering by name/ID, updated journald
and logfile readers/writers for artifact events, and added `Artifact` to
  `ToHumanReadable` formatting.
- cmd/podman: Added shell auto-completion for `artifact=` and `type=artifact` filters.
- docs/test: Documented the `artifact` event type, statuses, and filters in
`podman-events.1.md`. Added an end-to-end test in `events_test.go` to verify
  event emissions.

462b24479b Use tmp context dir when building with process substitution
Podman defaults to the directory of the Containerfile when no context dir is explicitly provided.
When running podman build with process subsituiton, `podman build -f <(echo "FROM scratch")`,
the Containerfile path expands to `/dev/fd/<NUM>`, which makes `/dev/fd` the context dir.
When building, Buildah attempts to create an overlay mount on top of the `/dev/fd` context dir, which fails.

In these cases, use a temp context dir instead: `$TMPDIR/podman-build-context-$randnum`

efba9996f6 Implement --save-stages/--stage-labels for build
These are two new Buildah flags that we need to wire into Podman
(both local and remote) and document, with the interesting note
that one requires the other and a check needed to be added for
that.

Also: secret parsing was tightened up in Buildah, and was
breaking the remote build tests. Rewire it to use the new parser
Buildah made, which ends up simplifying the code considerably.
Tests are back to passing afterwards.

5e94c95ad0 Move to deterministic network setup order
This was implemented by containers/netavark #1369; this commit
completes the process by wiring it into Podman. We now respect
the CLI order for configured networks - if a user passes
`--net net1,net2` we guarantee that net1 will be configured
before net2.

For containers created before this patch, we don't retain enough
information to configure networks in CLI order, so we use
alphabetical order instead to still guarantee consistency.

No breaking API changes have been made, but we do add a new
field to supplement the existing map to (optionally) provide
ordering information. The Podman CLI will always pass this.
Existing applications that do not will, again, receive]
deterministic ordering based on an alphabetical sort of network
names.

This requires the latest version of Netavark to work properly.

Remove CNI backend from CLI options and completions
Remove user-facing CLI options for CNI network backend:

CLI flags:
- Keep --network-backend global flag as hidden and deprecated for
backward compatibility with cleanup commands from 5.x containers
- Map flag to a throwaway variable (value is ignored)
- Remove shell completion for network backend values

Shell completions:
- Remove AutocompleteNetworkBackend() function
- Remove references to CNI and Netavark type constants

Backward compatibility:
- Remove --rootless-cni flag alias for podman unshare
- Remove SetNormalizeFunc that mapped rootless-cni to rootless-netns
- Update --rootless-netns flag description to mention only netavark

The --network-backend flag remains as a hidden deprecated flag to
prevent failures when upgrading from 5.x where containers may have
cleanup commands that include this flag. The flag is accepted but
ignored. Users can no longer specify CNI as a network backend option.
The --rootless-cni alias is removed; users must use --rootless-netns.

Fix unless-stopped restart policy to match Docker behavior
- Update documentation: Differentiate `unless-stopped` from `always` - containers stopped by the user before a reboot will not restart.
- Add `should-start-on-boot` filter: Identify containers that require a restart after a system reboot.
- Update command documentation: Add `restart-policy` and `label!` filters to the documentation for container commands (rm, ps, start, stop, pause, unpause, restart).
- Add `restart-policy` and `shoud-start-on-boot` to completions.
- Update service: Update `podman-restart.service` to use the `needs-restart=true` filter.
- Preserve state: Preserve the `StoppedByUser` state across reboots.
- Update API: Add a `ShouldStartOnBoot()` method to the Container API.
- Update documentation: Add descriptions for the `should-start-on-boot` filter.

fileperms: newer Go 1.13+ octal literal format
Problem: While removing cgroupsv1 code, I noticed my neovim Go config
automatically changed fileperms to the new octal format and I didn't
want that polluting my diffs.

Decision: I thought it best to switch to the new octal format in a dedicated PR.

Action:
- Cursor switched to new octal format for all fileperm ocurrences in Go
 source and test files.
- vendor/, docs/ and non-Go files were ignored.
- Reviewed manually.

Add artifact fallback to podman inspect command
This commit implements automatic artifact fallback for the podman inspect command
as requested in GitHub issue #27075.

Changes made:
- Add ArtifactType constant to cmd/podman/common/inspect.go
- Update AutocompleteInspectType to include artifact type in completions
- Add artifact case to main inspect switch statement for explicit --type artifact
- Implement artifact fallback in inspectAll function for automatic detection
- Update shell completion to recognize artifacts in getEntityType function
- Update command help text, usage, and examples to include artifacts
- Update podman-inspect.1.md man page with artifact documentation
- Add comprehensive e2e tests for artifact inspect functionality

The inspect command now automatically falls back to artifact inspection when
no container, image, volume, network, or pod matches the specified name.
Users can also explicitly use --type artifact for direct artifact inspection.

This maintains backward compatibility while extending functionality to support
the artifact object type seamlessly.

Examples:
podman inspect myartifact # Auto-detects artifact
podman inspect --type artifact myartifact # Explicit artifact type
podman inspect --format '{{.Name}}' myartifact # Format support
