Via github.com/gin-gonic/gin , this depends on _several_
large encoding / decoding packages, including a JIT
compiler. Maintaining <60 lines of code ourselves
seems well worth it.

Added the module github.com/crc-org/crc/ as a dependency.
Updated `decompress.go` and `copy_test.go` in compression
so that `CopySparse` from crc-org/crc/v2/pkg/os is used instead
of the local version in `copy.go`.
Deleted `copy.go` that is not used anymore.

Also bump the go module to 1.17 to be able to compile the new code.
Given containers/common and others already require go 1.17+ we're
safe to go.
