Now builds from a clean repo: developer/src/build.sh configure build test publish * Splits kmbrowserhost into kmdbrowserhost for Developer; this means that Developer Browser Host now inherits the Developer settings rather than the Keyman for Windows settings, and simplifies distribution and management.
