Marc Durdin f3fb3ac87b maint(common): move build-utils-ci.inc.sh to ci/ci-publish.inc.sh 
Removes a number of unused functions from the file, renames remaining
functions to match our builder script prefix patterns, removes unused
imports from various build scripts (e.g. Android).

Keyman Developer - kmc-model

This package compiles .model.ts lexical models into .model.js files. It can be used from the command line with @keymanapp/kmc.
