Marc Durdin c14ca3f409 chore(developer): remove sil_yi from set of keyboard repo tests ... sil_yi was impacted by the changes in #14746, as it had the group name 'Unicode Group', which is now illegal, so the compiler fails to build the keyboard at the referenced commit.
