Eberhard Beilharz 0b35b3fd9c fix(linux): add python3-pkg-resources as explicit dependency ... Until Ubuntu 24.10/Debian 12 `python3-pkg-resources` got installed as a dependency of `python3-numpy`. With numpy version 2 (Ubuntu >= 25.04/ Debian >= 13) this is no longer the case, so we have to explicitly add it as a runtime dependency.
