Marc Durdin 53c51b79e6 feat(developer): add tests for keyboard and package version matching ... Adds `WARN_KeyboardVersionsDoNotMatch` and `WARN_KeyboardVersionsDoNotMatchPackageVersion`. Adds unit tests. Several other 'invalid' packages needed corrections after adding this validation.
