Marc Durdin 53a190b1ae fix(developer): handle missing &name store in package compiler 
If a .kmx file did not include an `&name` store, then the compiler would
fail with an internal error. In this situation, fall back to the kmx id
(filename without extension).

Keyman Developer - kmc-package

This package compiles .kps Keyman package source files into binary .kmp Keyman package files. It can be used from the command line with @keymanapp/kmc.

Note: .kmp files are .zip files internally.
