- moved new files( checkNCapsConsistency, etc) to kmcmpdll & used only from there
- use of VKeyNames in vkeys.h
- removed keyboardprocessor_... from kmcompx to kmcmpdll

kmcompx: compile .kmn to .kmx

How to start building on Windows:

  1. Start a Visual Studio Command Prompt
  2. meson setup build
  3. cd build
  4. meson compile
  5. meson test

Note: this setup does not currently work in bash on Windows.
