Marc Durdin 33328ac0cf refactor: move kmshell-specific xml to utilkmshell 
This was causing a cascade of dependencies and I realised that
the xml in question would only ever be consumed by kmshell, so
moved the two functions to utilkmshell and avoided the cascade.
