chore(linux): Update changelogs to match Debian 
The changelogs should match what got uploaded (and accepted) to
Debian so that the changelog reflects the upload history to Debian.

Keyman engine for IBus

Requirements

You need autoconf, autopoint, gettext, automake and libtool to generate the build system.

Run ./autogen.sh to run them.

Building

./autogen.sh
./configure
make
sudo make install

For a debug build:

./configure CPPFLAGS=-DG_MESSAGES_DEBUG CFLAGS="-g -O0" CXXFLAGS="-g -O0"

To use the header files from the source repo, add the additional parameter KEYMAN_PROC_CFLAGS="-I../../common/core/desktop/build/include -I../../common/core/desktop/include" to ./configure.
