Eberhard Beilharz 1f3fabda78 fix(android): fix loading of keyboards on Android 
This change moves to using `WebViewAssetLoader` for loading files from
the device instead of using file:// URLs. This fixes the blank keyboard
problem reported in #16096 for Android.

Also make `KMKeyboard.getKeyboardRoot()` private, and rename public
`Keyboard.getKeyboardPath()` to private `Keyboard.getKeyboardUrl()`.

Keyman

Keyman makes it possible for you to type in any language on Windows, macOS, Linux, iPhone, iPad, Android tablets and phones, and even instantly in your web browser. Create keyboard layouts with Keyman Developer and share them with the community in the keyboards repository. The Keyman Community have already contributed keyboard layouts for over 2,000 languages!
