## Introduction

The `IKeymanKeyboardLanguageInstalled2::IsRegistered` returns `True` if
a Keyman Text Services Framework Text Input Processor (TIP) input method
is registered for the specified language.

## Specification

bool IsRegisterTip();
```

## Returns

Returns `True` if the Keyman TIP is registered for this keyboard
language.
