dfad7a4e25 maint: update macOS env setup + documentation 
Fixes: #13177

We now need to install sdkmanager through a different Homebrew package /
"cask".  This does get us `sdkmanager`, but it has a new default location
for its Android SDK, while our builds still refer to the old location
under the home directory.  The build script thus needs a bit of tweaking
to force `sdkmanager` to operate based on the location we've previously
referred to.

Additionally, macOS machines typically default to the zsh terminal these
days, so the old profile auto-config doesn't work.  This adds and
documents example profile script that can be used to configure a macOS
dev machine's terminal environment.

0bd085880a docs(common): update min emscripten version in docs to 3.1.46 
The minimum version for Windows and macOS should be 3.1.46 because that
is known to work. See issue #9529 for reasons to avoid 3.1.45. Note:
Ubuntu still requires 3.1.44 for now.

3a2540b077 feat(developer): remove kmcomp 
Removes kmcomp.dpr, related source, compilekeymanweb.pas, and related
unit tests.

Cleans up a couple of bits and pieces around kmc in order to help tests
to pass, and updates some tests that had legacy code in them
(particularly missing &TARGETS stores).

emscripten 3.1.44 works, but 3.1.45 fails, so this change modifies
the documentation to explicitly request `3.1.44` instead of `latest`.

docs(linux): Add build doc for Keyman Web and Android 
This adds the documentation how to build Keyman Web as well as
Keyman for Android on Linux. and adds the dependencies to the
`Dockerfile` so that it's now also possible to build Keyman Web
and Keyman for Android with Docker.

docs(core): Don't put emscripten on the path 
This change addresses the code review comments. We don't want
emscripten to be in `PATH` and instead set the `EMSCRIPTEN_BASE`
environment variable.
