fix infinite loop caused by KeyboardPickerViewController being a subclass of itself!
...
tidied up public and override of some variables and functions
the switcher superclass now has an empty showAddKeyboard so Manager doesn't have to contort itself

flip the class dependency between KeyboardPickerViewController and KeyboardSwitcherViewController.
...
KeyboardSwitcherViewController is now the superclass that only switches,
KeyboardPickerViewController is now the subclass that also can add new keyboards and view info which can delete them.

...
LanguageViewController made more easily subclassable so languages variable doesn't have to be exposed
