Crowdin CLI doesn't extract into a temporary .crowdin-tmp folder so that can be removed. (.crowdin-tmp was used in prior Bash scripts).
Also moved note about using a VPN to the wiki https://github.com/keymanapp/keyman/wiki/Crowdin-CLI
