2ce86ecee3 Insert more places for lexical models to be registered 
Update KMManager to handle determining associated lexical models and registering accordingly.
The current lexical model info is kept so switching keyboards into the same language won't trigger a new model registration.

Model registration now also occurs on app / keyboard startup

10f43eec76 Update dependencies again 
Android Studio is warning  a call (from Firebase) will be deprecated end of 2019. This updates the versions of
* Frebase
* Gradle from 4.10.1 to 5.1.1

Also stubs a missing keyboard event handler in some of the sample/test projects.
