d03ab9fef1 Pass "tab" and "enter" back to Android app to handle 
Instead of KMW inserting whitespace, pass those keys back to the embedded app to natively handle.

f41cf328ab Update keyboard version comparison 
Currently, keyboard versions as floats are compared for determining when to update the keyboard.
This doesn't work for the current default keyboard sil_euro_latin version 1.8.1

* Move compareVersions() from KMManager to FileUtils

33ee8373d6 Add styling to show current selection in list 
In Keyman 10, the user could navigate the keyboard/language picker lists and the currently selected row would have a gray background.

Switch to next Keyman keyboard
When last Keyman keyboard is reached, switch to next system IME. In the background, set the Keyman system keyboard to the first keyboard (so it will be available next time the system keyboards cycle around)
