152880b883 Wrapped most source files with conditional loading scheme in order to block accidentally redefining functionality and data if KMW is loaded multiple times.
A few of the simpler files (definitions of string functions, basic init) were left unchanged.

2e30d8232b Fixes issues with UI focus handling that interfered with control-by-control handling of languages.

f320d6fc2f Fixed up the odd tablet behavior when dynamically removed elements were readded. ... yes, that could be a thing. Issue #63 complete!
Also moved testing files from temporary 'testing' directory to /web/samples.

173ad56f0e The issue #62 fix is now absolutely usable in its present form; the only hangup at present is a quickly self-correcting cosmetic one.

Problem:  if the inputs are resized due to language, a scrolling event is necessary for proper display?
