c2fe6197db Change system keyboard to "numeric" layer for numeric text fields 
Fixes #289

When changing to a digit/phone number text field, set the OSK to "numeric" layer if it exists. 

This will occur after `resetContext()`.

57f450fddd Fixes #643 
Ensure shift key always has some text. `osk.modifierSpecials` doesn't have text defined for basic `shift` so the *shift* key on the shift layer was previously getting `undefined` for text.

#637 cleaned up keyboard activation for KMW, but broke embedded because the internal keyboard name is namespaced packageID::Keyboard_keyboardID.
