These two codes are not true error or message codes, but are used as
return values extensively throughout kmcmplib. The codes are never
passed to message callbacks. As such, I have renamed them to reflect
usage, but opted not to change their values as there would be some risk
in doing so (e.g. use of `!v` vs `v == CERR_None`).
* Removes redundant calls
* Uses C++ classes on the interface side
* Removes global callbacks from the Javascript side
In preparation for cleanup of compiler messages
During analysis of root causes for #12027, discovered a few package
relationship issues in package.json and build.sh.
analyzer-messages.ts ///<reference> is a mitigation for now.

When a project is loaded, the IDE parses .kps files to retrieve metadata
for viewing. If the .kps file was malformed, then the parser could fail,
blocking the load of the project. Instead, we just ignore the errors and
show no metadata. Note that the Package Editor already loads the file
successfully and reports on the problem, allowing the user to fix it.

While it does not cause any problems to have a index() store that is
longer than its corresponding any() store, it often indicates a mistake,
as the trailing characters in the store are ignored. Thus, adding as a
hint (which can be disabled via message suppression) rather than as a
warning or error.
Example code:
store(abc) 'abc'
store(defg) 'defg'
any(abc) + 'x' > index(defg, 1) c generates HINT_IndexStoreLong

When gestures are found in the touch layout file, the compiler will now
automatically upgrade the version to 17.0, if no `store(&VERSION)` rule
is found. Also adds corresponding unit tests.
Fixes: #11961
Special key caps on normal keys in touch layout files are supported with
Keyman 14.0 and later versions. Handle automatic determination of the
version number if `store(&VERSION)` is not present. Add corresponding
unit tests.
Fixes: #11960
Adds a unit test to verify that automatic versioning of notany() in
conjunction with context() is correctly managed. Removes compiler error
that could never be generated (replace with safety-check exception).
Fixes: #11959
Adds support for determining minimum version 10.0 when chiral modifiers
or state modifiers are found in virtual keys, e.g. `[LCTRL K_A]`,
`[CAPS K_A]`, and corresponding unit tests.
