2bea622993 fix infinite loop caused by KeyboardPickerViewController being a subclass of itself! 
tidied up public and override of some variables and functions
the switcher superclass now has an empty showAddKeyboard so Manager doesn't have to contort itself

93d6ae930e flip the class dependency between KeyboardPickerViewController and KeyboardSwitcherViewController. 
KeyboardSwitcherViewController is now the superclass that only switches,
KeyboardPickerViewController is now the subclass that also can add new keyboards and view info which can delete them.

7c6eec266d Language Settings can now add a new keyboard via LanguageSpecificViewController, a subclass of LanguageViewController 
LanguageViewController made more easily subclassable so languages variable doesn't have to be exposed

7fa69b2d5d we should always be able to remove a lexical model 
LexicalModelPickerViewController can be used to view all LMs or just those for a language
In language settings, don't assume the current model is relevant to this language
launch the LexicalModelsView from language settings, not the LM Info view directly
remember the user's chosen currentLexicalModelID
if no preference, register the first one
