eabef231cf feat(mac): copy -R to preserve symbolic links installing input method 
The postinstall script uses cp -R instead of cp -r
when copying the input method to the Input Methods folder

Also made changes to use an environment variable to
designate the installer signing certificate, and
updated the export options plist to use that same
certificate for signing the installer package.
