da244a9323 fix(windows): Don't break KMXPlus on install 
mcompile:
- copy keyboards if KMXPlus is detected
- give an error if -u is used on a KMXPlus file

9cc01c8201 fix(windows): qr code id uses kbd not pkg name 
The QR code class and pop up attribute id now uses the kbd
name and not the keyboard package name. However the link
if the keyboard is part of a package still uses the package
name for the URL.

Add text editor to the windows/src/support/Makefile
Fixed the TextEditor Makefile to copy the debug file

39d473fb2d refactor(developer): move comperr.h to kmn_compiler_errors.h 
Consolidates the two copies of comperr.h (they were identical) and
moves to a common folder. Updates all references to comperr.h, except
for one github commit ref.
