ab2d0a8e7a maint(android): use KEYMAN_TIER instead of TIER.md 
This is consistent with other version variables in build.gradle.
Encountered an issue with loading TIER.md with Android Studio Quail 1 |
2026.1.1 Patch 2 version, and this was an expedient workaround.

For Keyman Developer Server, add app.webmanifest so that it can be saved
to the home screen; other pages should not require this.

34d6eb89fa fix(windows): Ensure default locale always appears in list of locales 
* Add `TKeymanPaths.KeymanLocalePath` for consistent access to locales
  folder, and update references.
* Remove the `SKDefaultLanguageCode` string and hard code the default
  language in CustomisationMessages.pas.
* Hide the test locale 'qqq' on release builds.

1bb111edea maint(android): publish symbols to Sentry on release buildLevel 
Refactor the publish action for Android to ensure that symbols are
published to Sentry for any 'release' buildLevel -- test releases and
alpha/beta/stable releases.

Splits the publish action into `publish-symbols` and
`publish-play-store` so that they can be run separately as needed, as
symbols can be published for test builds, but play store is only touched
for actual releases.

Note: examining the build logs and Sentry server state, it looks like
the publish to Sentry has not been happening for quite a while, so this
commit refactors the Sentry publishing code and establishes the
fv-keyboards publish target also.

f03be501a6 maint(common): reorganize mac/ios build script includes 
Move mac-specific build scripts and functions into our established
patterns for scripts under resources/build:

* new mac/mac.inc.sh for mac-specific functions, from mac-utils.inc.sh,
  utils.inc.sh, builder-basic.inc.sh
* move other mac-specific scripts into mac/
