5208404cd6 fix(developer): Generate platforms correctly from template 
Fixes #2679.

If web is specified but not a touch platform, exclude touch layout from
a generated project. Also, fixup list of supported platforms in the
generated README.md.

77ffd17d88 fix(developer): model kpj template included tsv 
The model template .kpj file still included
the wordlist.tsv file directly instead of
it being referenced via the .model.ts only
